Jeffrey (Jeff) Razi brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and talents to his position as Vice President and National Account Executive for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services division. Based in the San Diego, California office, he is aligned with an expert team of title, escrow, and due diligence services. Jeff focuses on facilitating major commercial transactions, as well as complex renewable energy projects on both local and national levels.
Prior to joining the Fidelity National Title team, Jeff served as in-house counsel at a private equity real estate firm in Newport Beach, where he worked extensively on both the legal and business side of private equity real estate investments.
Before working as in-house counsel, Jeff worked as a high-level litigation attorney for some of the largest firms in the real estate/default service industry where he honed his skills as a complex title litigation attorney who also confidently oversaw and grew various departments within the firms. His work has earned him a reputation as an extremely diligent, hardworking, aggressive, and honest attorney as he is widely known in the industry for addressing complicated legal matters in a sophisticated, yet ethical and practical manner, achieving desired results for his clients while also saving them legal costs/fees. These traits have served him and his clients well, time-after-time, delivering positive results efficiently and consistently.
Jeff also has an impressive educational background. He attended the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), where he studied Human Development and Neurobiology. He then continued his education at Southern California Institute of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. After earning his J.D., Jeff pursued his passion for human rights, earning his LL.M in International Human Rights Law and pursuing a Ph.D. in International Human Rights Law at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami.
When not in the office or attending industry related events, Jeff contributes his time and efforts to local human rights efforts in the San Diego area. He was a Co-Founder, and serves as Executive Board Member, of Pacific Silver Lining, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization working with various homeless groups and at-risk foster youth in Downtown San Diego. His lifelong dedication to the community has not gone unnoticed as he was appointed by the Mayor’s Office to serve as a Commissioner on the San Diego County Human Relations Commission.
Jeff was born in Iran and spent most of his childhood in Sweden. He fluently speaks 4 languages: English, Farsi, Spanish, and Swedish.
