Zac Torres is a nationally licensed Title Insurance Agent with the National Commercial and Builder Services division of Fidelity National Title. With over a decade of experience in title insurance and a background in finance and marketing, Zac has built a strong reputation as a top producer of nationwide settlement services for real estate transactions of all types and sizes.
 
Zac works closely with land developers, investors, home builders, attorneys, brokers, lenders, and civil engineers, providing dependable guidance and solutions throughout every stage of the development and closing process. Known for his responsiveness, organizational skills, and attention to detail, he is committed to helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence and efficiency.

Guided by his background in sports and his core values of hard work, honesty, and service to others, Zac strives to deliver the same high level of care and professionalism to every client, regardless of transaction size or complexity. Zac is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, where he earned a B.A. in Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, golfing, snowboarding, and fueling a lifelong wanderlust for travel.
