Tillie Ross, Vice President, Sales Executive, is the newest addition to Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services division. Based in Fidelity National Title’s San Francisco office, she will work alongside industry experts in title, escrow, and due diligence services to provide transactional support for commercial brokers, lenders, attorneys, and developers on a local and national level.

With over 25 years in commercial real estate, Tillie brings with her a diverse background of roles as a former lender, real estate consultant, and developer, as well as eight years of title and escrow experience, as a dynamic blend to best serve her clients. No matter the position held in her career, her dedication to customer service was the clear driving force in all of her work. Working with clients, assisting them through the challenges of their transactions, and helping them build their business is what she loves most. Tillie’s self-declared mission to live a life of honesty, integrity and unconditional love is what steers her daily actions and allows her to deliver solutions that suit her clients’ needs.

Success is a result of learning to truly listen, understanding what it is that needs to be accomplished, and then providing a realistic solution.


Tillie is an award-winning business woman, recognized as Exemplary Woman of the Year by CREW East Bay and Banker of the Year at previous companies. Active in industry communities, she is currently involved with CREW, ULI, ICSC, CCIM, SPUR, and is an advisory member for the Bay Area Development Company, and has also been a board member in the past for CREW East Bay, Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Heart Association, Salvation Army, and Bay Area Association of Government Guaranteed Leaders.

A long-time resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Tillie enjoys spending time with her husband and is a proud mother of six children. She enjoys travel, cooking, entertaining guests, and working on home remodeling enhancements. Aside from her at-home activity, Tillie loves to volunteer for charitable causes, particularly in connection to Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Cancer Support Community. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco.
